Bee in the Bonnet is inspired by traditional Celtic and Nordic cuisine. Run and managed by two inspiring chefs, Rachael Morgan and Gwendolyn Wheeler, we put as much flair and creativity into our products as we can giving our customers something different. Using ingredients such as seaweed and flavored salts we push the boundaries of flavour in both savoury and sweet products.
We enjoy foraging the hedgerows and beaches of Pembrokeshire, picking anything from blackberries, elderflowers to samphire and purslane.
