It all started by making homemade chilli relish my own special RECIPE, as a gift for my friends and family. Everybody loved it and started telling me I should sell it.
My family are now my tasting experts for all my new relishes, jams and conserves. They are spoon fed new jams nearly every week. (MY DOGGIES INCLUDED) They don’t complain often. My family do the tasting and my daughter helps me cut the pretty tops for the jars. She also helps me at the markets and shows.
