Hi, my name is Claire and my passion is cake, in particular the cupcake.
I have grown up surrounded by cake, baking with my mum as a child , now as a mum myself with three daughters, the tradition lives on. From my little kitchen in the beautiful Pembrokeshire village of Llangwm, Haverfordwest, the scrumptious smell of baking, wafts down the lane, this is where I bake seriously good cupcakes.
For all occasions, from weddings to dog shows to afternoon tea with friends, every cupcake leaves my kitchen lovingly and individually prepared, beautifully presented with ribbon.
